Character Story: Born in the US, he was a loner most of his life. He grew up making good grades with relative ease and watched the world around him with general disinterest. When he graduated, he put off going to college because of lack of motivation. He didn't feel much for the world as it was; it lacked wonder and awe for him, so he saw no reason in joining it. So, he spent the next few years withdrawn from the world. One day, his family decided that maybe if he went out to see some of the world, he might feel more motivated. Knowing his affection for Japan due to his interest in games, anime, and bits of its culture, they decided to save up and have him spend some time there. Unfortunately, they had forgotten about his social phobia, and what better place to send someone alone with social issues than Japan? Pretty much anywhere. So for the first few days, he spent most of his time in his room at the hotel he was staying. Eventually, he decided to slowly venture out and look around, mostly because the thought of wasting the money it took to get here was beginning to rattle him more than his social awkwardness.
Character Personality: He is slow and hesitant to open up to people. He enjoys making a bit of fun of others including his friends, and has little issue with being made fun himself, to an extent. He has a strong dislike for stupid people and revels in joy when misfortune befalls them. Intelligent, he can quickly learn new things when he is shown how, but is slow to learn on his own.
