 International City of FreeholdThe International City of Freehold is a massive, dilapidated sprawling city that exists on an artificial island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. It is a neutral trading city unofficially owned by Australia, whose ships use this port exclusively. If it exists, it can be bought on Freehold.

After almost a century, the heavy radiation levels around the bombed areas (cities) are finally beginning to drop, making exploration possible.
