OK, i have an idea to make the Rol play better and easier, you know google earth, don't you? Then, what if we use it to play in real places, for example, my character is in a school, so a map of a school that my mod chooses would be the school where he is, then add some stuff like "you are here" "last saw zombie, here" "bikes, here" and stuff like that. Of course, in the case of zooken's character, he would know about the street where he is and almost anything else, since he just arrived to Japan.

I didn't see any negative uses in the statement.

negative= no, not, n't, etc...

But i said he knows about the street where he is and few more things, which is very little stuff, it's almost like knowing nothing, and wouldn't "anything" be negative??

"Anything" as a negative? Not an English major, but pretty sure the answer is no. "...almost 'nothing' else..." would have been the best way to word it for your desired effect. Saying "almost anything" is far from "very little."

Oh, you're right XP guess i still have lots of english to learn... but well, now at least we solved the misunderstanding XD going back to the main topic, i would like to know what you think about what i said....

I think it would be a great tool for the mods to have a visual representation of where they would want you.

But I think the character may be given too much information if you happen to start looking at the surrounding areas with google earth.

I think screen shots would work though, and limit what you know, see, and can find outside the characters knowledge.

Yeah, i was thinking of screenshots from the begining, that way, an unknown are could be in black (like the fog in games like starcraft XD) and well, let's see what the other players and mods think about it...

Edit: another idea that came too my mind right now: In order to make the game faster to players that conect more often than others, instead of reporting what happens to the characters in the thread, send it via PM, and then when the player posts, it's just adding the content of the PM in the spoiler tab (or whatever it is XD)

Google Earth idea was a good one, but I wouldn't use it.

Here's the thing: I'm incredibly lazy.

Oh, and we can't read Japanese. So, it would be a pain in the ass to find a proper setting without being able to search for specific examples. Plus, it's a lot easier for us to create situations if we aren't held in the constraints of real-world geography. Plus plus, Google Earth doesn't show interiors. Plus plus plus, I'M INCREDIBLY LAZY.

Edit: If you want a visual representation that badly, I can draw up some China-quality maps on MS Paint.

Like Rin said, searching for proper maps would be a pain, not to mention could reveal too much info. At the moment, players should ask us what they want to know, and we'll answer, maybe in the future we'll have something to use for a map system.

Hey, i was wondering if my GM was planning on going on with his game thread. If not, if another GM could adopt me...

Well spartan messaged all of ryu's members (at least I think he did) and yeah, spartan has agreed to take all of us people who are under ryu's thread and add our characters to his game thread because ryu hasnt logged in for about 3-4 months and I think ryu has forgot about us.

I didn't recibe any message D= well, i would like to change a few things about my character now that i'm going to begin once again, to make him more like the real me XP after that, Spartan-sama, yoroshiku XD

Rin's computer went down again, he has been experiencing alot of computer problems lately, I wonder whats causing it?

Look over the rules list, pick some improvements, and do remember, to increase your attributes, it be 10 EXP for 1 Stat point increase. Hopefully we'll be clear enough/remember to do this again, and much sooner. Hello and sorry for posting my question here if it is in the wrong section. Can someone inform me about this RPG ? Where can new players play the game ? Posting into the forum ? Is it something like Dungeons and Dragons ? How can i get involved if i am living on the other side of the planet ?
